Secure, HIPAA Compliant Remote Assistance is available through Citrix Online.

With the ability to remotely view and control your desktop, we can resolve issues faster.  This allows us to reduce the time needed to resolve your issues, thus saving your time and frustration. 

How it works:

1)  You will need to call us for a session id #.  Once that is established you may click on the link below to begin the session. You will be prompted to download a "viewer and chatlink" also called a thin-client.

2) A message similar to the one below will appear on your screen asking you to allow the connection.  Your tech support representative can then diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve the problems you are having. During this session, you will be able to see what the technician is doing and may be asked to interact. 

        Click on button below and enter your session id to begin download. 

Remote Assistance

Once the download is finished you will be prompted to allow the connection.
