*Due to program changes from DOS to Windows data must be converted in a 5 step process.

We will retrieve the data from your computer, convert it through our computers systems and return

the converted data at the time of setup.

 

DOS Data will convert in 3 ways:

1. Patient Demographics only (names, addresses and insurance)

2. Patient Demographic and balance forward (one entry with account balance)

3. All transactions (NOT RECOMMENDED  Payments are NOT applied to charges with this conversion

therefore, Patient Balances, Statements, and reports will not be accurate. )

 

We recommend either 1 or 2 and running your old version concurrently to clean up old balances.
